What We Do
Cranfield Solutions offers its customers a highly skilled and knowledgeable resource. The company is structured to enable it to supply the customer a cost effective solution to their requirements, whilst providing a prompt high quality service.
Our machines are computer controlled and employ tolerance monitoring as standard. All our drying equipment is monitored by a calibrated moisture analyser. We carry out routine planned maintenance on all our machines to ensure they are kept at their optimum at all times. This minimises down time and maximises quality. We use fully automated robotic cells which enables us to run 24/ 7.
Background
Cranfield Solutions Ltd. was founded in 2003 by David Oakley who has been in the injection moulding industry since 1980.Prior to setting up Cranfield Solutions David was Technical Director of a leading supplier of injection moulding equipment.
The company is ISO 9001 registered and has done work for a number of well known companies in a variety of aerospace industries, medical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications.
